WHO CAN ATTEND CONNECT CONFERENCE?

All students who are entering 6th grade this upcoming school year through students who just completed 12th grade this past school year. 

WHAT IS THE COST? 

Early Bird Rate = $40 July 3 - July 17

General Rate = $50 July 18 - August 14

ARE THERE DAY PASSES AVAILABLE?

Yes. If you can only attend one of the dates, there will be day passes for $20 per day during the Early Bird dates. $25 per day during the General Rate dates. 

HOW MUCH IS THE AT-THE-DOOR COST?

We encourage you to register as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly for your experience. Last minute admission is set for $25 per night at the door.

WHAT DO I DO IF I DON’T WANT TO PAY ONLINE?

You can pay by check or cash to your Pastor/Leader to deliver, or bring payment to our office.

IS THERE A WAIVER/PERMISSION FORM?

Yes. If you pay to register online, the online form acts as your waiver form. If you pay by check or cash, you will need to complete a hard copy.

WHAT IS THE DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP TIME?

Check-in begins at 5:30pm each night and dismissal is at 9:30pm. 

IS FOOD INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE CONFERENCE?

Yes! Dinner is offered every night from a local sponsor/provider.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Notebook, water bottle, Bible, cash or card for merch and friends!

MY CHILD HAS SPECIAL/MEDICAL NEEDS AND WANTS TO ATTEND. CAN I OR ANOTHER ADULT JOIN THEM?

WILL THERE BE CHILDCARE AVAILABLE?

No. While families are very important to us, there will be no childcare available as we are unable to accommodate children below 6th grade during the conference. Please make outside arrangements for childcare if you plan to attend.

IS THERE CONFERENCE MERCHANDISE AVAILABLE?

Yes! Connect Conference will have tee shirts and stickers available for purchase.

HOW MUCH DOES MERCHANDISE COST?

• Tee Shirts - $25

• Stickers - $5

CAN WE ORDER CONFERENCE MERCHANDISE BEFORE THE CONFERENCE?

Yes! Select them as add-ons during online registration. 

IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I MIGHT NEED TO KNOW?

We will have a Movie on the Lawn After Party on Friday night. We are showing Star Wars: Rogue One starting at 9:15pm. If you would like to bring your whole family, they are invited to come - Or if you want to let your student who is attending conference stay for the movie, please be advised that pick up time would be around 11:30pm. Bring lawn chairs or blankets.
