March 18Wednesday, March 18 7:00 AMMen at Hope - 2 Corinthians Bible Study
In his second letter to the church at Corinth, the apostle Paul defends the authenticity of his authority and teaching, helping his readers see that the gospel is full of seemingly paradoxical truths―strength from weakness, life through death, and comfort in affliction.Highlighting how the gospel confronts our own culture’s expectations and drawing implications for all of life, Dane C. Ortlund helps us discover the truth that the gospel humbles the powerful while strengthening the weak.Join the Men at Hope every Wednesday, beginning March 18th, at 7:00am or 7:00pm. This will be a 12-week study. Workbooks and Scripture Journals are available in the Atrium on Sundays and at each class.Note: The morning group will have a hard stop at 8:15am.We never want cost to be a determining factor for attending a Bible study, please reach out to Pastor Mark at MarkMattingly@hopechristianchurch.com for assistance. register here #block-yui_3_17_2_1_1771521555795_30121 {--sqs-block-content-flex: 0; } #block-yui_3_17_2_1_1771521555795_30121 { --opacity: 100%; --translate-x: 0px; --translate-y: 0px; --rotation: 0deg; --scale-x: 100%; --scale-y: 100%; --skew-x: 0deg; --skew-y: 0deg; --origin-x: 50%; --origin-y: 50%; opacity: var(--opacity, 1); transform: translateX(var(--translate-x)) translateY(var(--translate-y)) rotate(var(--rotation)) scale(var(--scale-x), var(--scale-y)) skewX(var(--skew-x)) skewY(var(--skew-y)); transform-origin: var(--origin-x) var(--origin-y); } -

As you dig into the saga of King Saul and David, who would become the next anointed king of Israel, you will discover that no plan or purpose of God can be thwarted by human beings. Even the worst of circumstances can be used by God to accomplish His purposes in your life.In her no-nonsense, authentic teaching style that endears her to women of all ages, Mary Shannon encourages you to lose control so that you can find your soul through a trusting relationship with your faithful God.
